Fall registration opens on August 1st at 8pm. 

**The deadline to register for our fall session is August 29th at 8pm**

 

Any registrations after this date will incur a $50 administration fee.

Refund Policy & Fee Schedule

Fees are due at the time of registration. Credit cards will be processed through online registration. If registering after the time period, payment is due immediately.  Your child will not be able to participate in the class until fees are paid + the $50 administration fee..  A $25 fee will be applied for all NSF cheques.  All outstanding accounts must be paid in full before registering for a new session.

Refunds (due to non-medical concerns) will be granted within the first 2 weeks of class, less a $35 administration fee. No refunds after the 2nd week of class.  

Refunds after the above timeline will only be granted with a doctor’s note of ill health and Board approval.  Please note, we do not provide make ups for missed classes due to personal reasons.  WGC will provide make ups due to weather closures (at club’s discretion) or any reason a coach needs to cancel a class.
