Fall session starts on September 11-Nov. 25**.


  Deadline for Fall registration is September 3rd.  Any registrations after August 27th must be done through the Registrar only (wgcregistrar@gmail.com) and will be subjected to a $15 late fee.

**Monday and Tuesday classes will run longer due to Holidays.  Monday classes will end on Nov. 27 and Tuesday classes (evenings only) will end on Nov. 28.


Refund Policy & Fee Schedule

Fees are due at the time of registration. Credit cards will be processed through online registration. If registering after the time period, we will accept cash or cheque only, in person at our facility.  A $25 fee will be applied for all NSF cheques.  All outstanding accounts must be paid in full before registering for a new session.

Refunds (due to non-medical concerns) will be granted within the first 2 weeks of class, less a $35 administration fee. No refunds after the 2nd week of class.  

Refunds after the above timeline will only be granted with a doctor’s note of ill health and Board approval.  Please note, we do not provide make ups for missed classes due to personal reasons.  WGC will provide make ups due to weather closures (at club’s discretion) or any reason a coach needs to cancel a class.
