Refund Policy & Fee Schedule


Fees are due at the time of registration. Credit cards will be processed through online registration. See full class fees here

If registering after registration is closed (late registration), payment is due immediately.  Your child will not be able to participate in the class until fees are paid + the $50 administration fee for all late registrations.  All outstanding accounts must be paid in full before registering for a new session. 

Please note, we do not provide make ups for missed classes due to personal reasons.  WGC will schedule make up classes for those cancelled due to weather closures (at club’s discretion) or any reason a coach needs to cancel a class.

No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests or any COVID-19 related illnesses or mandated shutdowns. Credits may be issued on a case by case basis

Members that have a credit from shutdowns due to COVID-19 will have until December 31 2022 to use it. If not used by expiration date, no refunds will be issued and will be considered a donation to Woolwich Gymnastics Club.
